Please use this online form to request a class change or to drop classes. Please note that all withdrawals require a 30 day written notice. Parent will be charged for all classes for 30 days after the form has been submitted.
You will receive a notification screen when this form has been submitted. A withdrawal date of 30 days after receipt of this form will be entered into the system. Your account will be billed a prorated amount the following month if the form is received after the first week of classes in any given month.
